1. Redington Gulf is runningIntel Points Promotion program.The present terms and conditions, in addition to the Intel Partner Alliance terms and conditions at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner-alliance/legal/program-terms-and-conditions.htmlgovern this Promotion. Participation in the Promotion, and acceptance and redemption of Points awarded in connection with this Promotion, are conditional upon acceptance of the Rules by your company.
2. Eligibility:The Promotionis available to Intel Partner Alliance partners in Kuwait, Utd.Arab Emir., Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Libya, Ghana, Uganda, Qatar, Nigeria, Oman, Yemen, Kenya, Algeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Dem. Rep. Congo, Ethiopia, Jordan, Iraq, Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal and who have registered to earn Points.
3. Promotion Duration. The Promotion starts on01st July 2021 and ends on30th Sept 2021.
4. Promotion: Redington Gulfwill award Intel Partner Alliance Points to eligible Intel Partner Alliance partners on the purchase of productsto which this Promotion appliesas listed below and purchased from Redington Gulf on Qualifying Products.
5. Promotional points will be in addition to any other Points awarded.
6. Redington gulf and Intel may share information provided by you or concerning your purchase of a Qualifying Product for the purpose of fulfilling this benefit and subject to the provisions of the Intel Partner Alliance Privacy Statement and Redington Gulf privacy statement.
7. Promotional points will be awarded as per weekly sales out reports sentto Intel but within 60 days after the promotion end date, based on sales out information received by Intel from Redington Gulf. Eligible partners are responsible for ensuring that Redington Gulfand Intel have sufficient information to enable Points to be awarded.
8. English version. Only the English version of the Rules is binding between the parties. Any translation is provided for convenience only and is not binding.
